Location. Facilities seemed dated, but still comfortable.
Loved that we could reserve our beach chairs and umbrellas for the next day - made life so easy! Also loved that we were allowed to make fires on the beach at night with metal tubs. The location was amazing and the house keepers did a great job at keeping our unit sand-free.

The location is great Pizza truck and movie night
Loved the pool and the beach access. Best part of the stay. The proximity to town is perfect. The outdoor movie night was fun for the kids. We also enjoyed the pizza truck - fabulous pizza!
The location close to all little coffee shops and stores
The location is super and the beach is heaven, but the hotel needs to upgrade its rooms for the value of money paid and proper housekeeping plus the receptionist on check in had no idea of the property and its surroundings, supposedly has to give all the information about the property.
It is beautifully kept with great pool and beach service. Also a total plus on some days a food truck comes free for everyone just to enjoy. There are movie nights and yoga. easy to disconnect and enjoy

Amazing place for a family!
The Surf Club is in a prime location for beach and Montauk Village. We walked to all restaurants and shops. The pool is centrally located to all units, not too crowded and the online reminders to order chairs and umbrellas for beach is included in price and awesome. They have simple happy hours at the pool certain nights which is also included and nice.
